Welcome to Reborn by Rae. By visiting or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General

Reborn by Rae is an independent, faith-inspired clothing brand creating one-of-a-kind, upcycled, and handmade pieces. Each item is unique and may have small imperfections or variations that reflect its handcrafted nature.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout through the secure methods provided by GoDaddy. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

3. Shipping

Orders are shipped within [5-10) business days]. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. Reborn by Rae is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they leave our possession.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if returned within 15 business days of the delivery date.

Return conditions:

• Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return.
• Any signs of wear (perfume, stains, pilling, makeup, etc.) will result in the item being declined. 
• All sale items are final sale.
• Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Return instructions:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow 3–6 business days to process your return once it is received. A store credit code will be emailed to you shortly after your return is processed.

5. Donations

Reborn by Rae donates a portion of proceeds after each collection drop, typically at the end of the month. Donation recipients may vary over time, and current causes or organizations will always be shared on our website or social media.

At times, proceeds may support ministries or relief efforts such as Christian Missions to Gaza; however, Reborn by Rae is not directly affiliated, endorsed by, or partnered with any organization unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, images, and text on this site, belongs to Reborn by Rae and may not be used, copied, or distributed without written permission.

7. Liability

Reborn by Rae is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website or products. All products are sold “as is,” with no warranties expressed or implied.
